My name is Nathalie Gaglione and I am a VITA™ accredited intimacy, love & relationship coach. I am passionate about guiding people back into the temple of their bodies, allowing them to experience deep levels of intimacy with life, themselves and others.
During my journey to becoming a coach, I discovered that what guides my passion and drives the very core of my work is the liberation of mankind; liberation from limiting beliefs, dogmas, past conditioning, cultural programing and worldly delusions. I discovered my path to freedom through my body and my sensual nature and have made it my deepest purpose to open this door to others.
I offer my clients permission to be their authentic self in a safe, loving, compassionate and non-judgmental container where they can uncover their own truth, wisdom, beauty and vibrancy. Ultimately my main intention is to guide them back to the truth of who they really are.
My journey here..
I grew up in Malta, a small island in the Mediterranean rich in history, ancient mysticism and religious dogma. One fundamental teaching of the Catholic Church is that we are all born with original sin. Our mission in life is to repent for our sins with the promise of eternal blissful life after death. Sounds great right?!
From a very early age I was given strict codes on how a to be a good Catholic girl, and how I should behave in order to be fully accepted in society.
‘Do not take too much space.’
‘Modesty is the best policy.’
‘Do not attract too much attention, especially from men.’
‘Do not express yourself freely or risk facing judgement and/or punishment.’
At Catholic school I was taught that a girl’s future involved raising a family and to be in complete servitude to her spouse. Being ‘pure’ was a sure way of finding an eligible mate. Oh and did I mention, no sex before marriage!
Now anyone who knows me can tell you that I have a healthy rebellious side, and a sharp B.S radar, which thankfully kicked in during my early adolescence (a bit to my parents’ dismay). I quickly became disillusioned with this program and made it my mission to challenge it.
Safe to say this was not an easy feat. At the time I had no allies or role models that were able to show me a more empowering and nuanced way to be a woman in this world. So I summoned my inner intellectual and began doing my research.
Here are a few things I discovered:
I am free to choose how to live my life and still be loved.
I can express myself fully and still be respected.
My body is sacred and beautiful.
My pleasure and sensuality belong to me and are to be celebrated.
With this new found empowered narrative I was finally able to envision a different future for myself, one that was filled with freedom, love and deep fulfillment.
This pivotal shift initiated a deep exploration into the realms of the mystics, ancient wisdom teachings, shamanic traditions, plant medicine, breathwork, sacred sexuality, somatic healing and movement medicine. It is also no surprise that my search led me to Tantra and the ways of the Goddess. A discovery that opened my eyes to the truth that we are all born with original essence; our natural state of being, connected to the source of pure love.
It has therefore been my deepest commitment to serve my brothers and sisters in a way that helps to cultivate embodied intimacy with all parts of themselves, and guide them on the journey back to love.
